Seward, Alaska. I stayed at a campground last night right by the lake off of Lowell Point in Seward.
Around noon, a loud, long, piercing siren went off, audible throughout the whole town of Seward. I heard somebody tell someone else, "Oh, that's just the town's twelve o'clock siren."
